Le 6e rassemblement annuel du Partenariat canado-australien pour l’érudition ouverte (the Canadian-Australian Partnership for Open Scholarship, CAPOS), tenu du 2 au 3 décembre 2024 à l’Université Flinders d’Adélaïde, a réuni un groupe dynamique d’universitaires, de décideurs politiques, d’experts du secteur et de défenseurs de la cause pour discuter de sujets liés aux biens communs numériques, aux plateformes et aux cadres de connaissances émergents dans le domaine de la recherche ouverte. Le thème « Biens communs, plateformes et cadres de connaissances émergents (Commons, Platforms and Emerging Knowledge Frameworks) » a fourni un forum dynamique de discussion et d’échange sur la recherche numérique ouverte telle qu’elle existe actuellement, ainsi que sur les opportunités futures de collaboration internationale, d’élaboration de politiques, de recherche interdisciplinaire et d’échange créatif.

The 6th annual gathering of the Canadian Australian Partnership for Open Scholarship (CAPOS), held from 2-3 December 2024 at Flinders University in Adelaide, brought together a vibrant group of scholars, policymakers, industry experts, and advocates to discuss topics related to digital commons, platforms and emerging knowledge frameworks in open scholarship. The theme, “Commons, Platforms and Emerging Knowledge Frameworks,” provided a dynamic forum for discussion and exchange on open digital scholarship as it currently exists, as well as future opportunities for international collaboration, policy development, interdisciplinary research, and creative exchange.

Created in the spring of 2017, Coalition Publi.ca aims to establish an infrastructure dedicated to the digital production and dissemination of research results in the Canadian humanities and social sciences (HSS). The project is now guided by an advisory committee with representatives from various stakeholders within academia.

Créée au printemps 2017, Coalition Publi.ca a pour mission d’établir une infrastructure dédiée à la production et à la diffusion numérique des résultats de la recherche en sciences humaines et sociales (SHS) au Canada. Le projet est désormais encadré par un comité consultatif composé de représentants des différents acteurs du milieu universitaire.

The Érudit and Public Knowledge Project team members want to affirm their formal and enthusiastic support for the Jussieu Call for Open Science and Bibliodiversity. The two organizations, which have been developing open and interoperable research infrastructures for some time, joined together in 2017 (CO-SHS project) to create a sustainable open access funding model based on partnerships with Canadian research libraries.
